Dear valued customers,

The volume has been boosted due to the Christmas Sale. To make sure recipients get their parcel before Christmas, our staff are working intensively to process these packages.

Meanwhile, we have to move the cut-off time forward.

  • Last Manifest Submission Date: Tuesday, 13th December 2022
  • Last Pickup Date: Wednesday, 14th December 2022

Normal operation will resume on Wednesday 28th December 2022.

Please Note:

  • For thoses parcels sent before cut-off dates, we'll try our best to get these deliveries reach intended destinations before this big day.
  • However, parcels sent after these dates will be processing and delivered after Christmas Break.

If you have pickup request after cut-off dates or any other query, please contact your sales representative for assistance.

  • Samecity delivery may delay for 1-2 working days
  • Interstate delivery may delay for 2-4 working days

With key road and rail transport arrangements into and out of Western Australia significantly disrupted or unavailable, we want to keep you informed that we will suspend all the interstate service from and to WA.

Effective on Monday, 11/28/2022.

Delays will come into effect for parcels which have already been sent out and on the way. Sorry for all the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

Fuel levy applied to standard service will be 7%. Fuel levy applied to bulk and pallet service will be 20%. Effective on 1-Dec-2022.

To give your items more chances of delivery before Christmas, we recommend your sending before cut-off dates

Fuel levy applied to ABSend standard service (S715) will be 5%. Effective on 1-Nov-2022.
